Westernbrookes Healthcare was founded by nurses and care leaders who have spent more than ten years across hospital wards, community nursing and domiciliary visits — bringing lived experience from all over the world, and a shared belief in a compassionate career progression built from the front line up.
Where we Started
Registered care and support workers who progressed into clinical roles, then into building an agency of their own — starting close to home, in Melksham.
What We've Kept
Nursing language and a working knowledge of how care agencies and procedures run day to day, translated for the people we now support and employ.
