Willingness to complete the Care Certificate
Healthcare Assistants
Higher-acuity personal care and, where formally delegated and signed off as competent, specific clinical tasks — working under the Registered Manager's oversight.
Current, unrestricted NMC registration and PIN
Enhanced DBS check
Experience in a community, domiciliary or comparable clinical setting
RGN/RMN
Clinical leadership within the care team — supervising delegated clinical tasks, acting as the escalation point for clinical concerns, and supporting complex care planning.
