A Team Built Over a Decade in Care
Westernbrookes Healthcare was founded by a small team of nurses and care leaders with more than ten years' combined experience across hospital wards, community nursing and domiciliary visits. Between us, our careers have progressed from frontline support roles into registered clinical leadership — the kind of route we foster in every person who joins us to be able to follow.
We've watched the sector's medical, safeguarding and training requirements shift as new research and guidance emerges, and staying current with that change, rather than working from memory, is something we take seriously.
